Hey everyone. I know I said in the trade comm two weeks ago that things would start looking up for me and I'd be more active, but after I came back from vacation work started kicking my ass twice as hard. I'm really sorry for my absence and I'm going to try to be up to snuff from now on, but please bear with me and if you notice it's been several days since I've replied to something just give me a gentle nudge via PM or private plurk ([plurk.com profile] togami) and I'll get on it. :)

That being said, a regular Liese!games schedule will be resuming today, with the Hangman's Gambit that was due yesterday and a brand NEW game for every other Sunday, Crossword every other Tuesday, Omikuji on Wednesdays, TBT on Thursdays, and of course Hangman's Gambit on Saturdays. I will be handing out the overdue rewards later this afternoon.

I've missed a Throwback Thursday and like 3 Omikujis haha so without further ado, here's a freebie activity to make up for it: just comment to this post for 10 random singles, OR 5 random puzzle cards, OR 5 random special cards. Specify which one you want or you're just going to get singles!! This freebie offer will close October 5th.

i'll do what you ask me.

Welcome to Yayoi's Closet! Even though she has a serious appearance, Yayoi Hakudou really loves to cosplay. And every week, her assistant Shea Moon will pull some outfits out of her closet for her to try on. There's just one problem -- Shea's only a snake, so he can't recognize what series they come from or who the characters are. If you can help Yayoi and Shea with their cosplay every week, you can earn some prizes!

this week's outfits are behind here! )

No two cards from the same deck. They can be any card type!

Please log these as Spell Casting 06 (Wish 1): or something to that effect.

You can continue to post wishes on the first post by clicking the banner! You can continue to post wishes until the 7th!

also y'all don't have to post your log here or anything actually please don't b/c it's just spam emails for me

Uh-oh! Looks like Makoto Naegi's found himself in a bit of trouble with Monokuma once again, and to make matters worse, he's clumsily spilled all of his evidence on the courtroom floor. Help Makoto unscramble his clues and prove his innocence in the classroom trial or face an untimely and gruesome execution!

You will be provided with five words to unscramble with a given theme each week. For each correct answer, you will receive 1 random single card. If you manage to solve all five, you will receive 1 more random single and 1 random special, for a total of 6 possible singles and 1 special. The answers must be spelled correctly in order to win the prizes!

Last week's answers: Lorelai, Augustine, Bartholomew, Rikimura, Lymsleia. The culprit was Rikimura.

This week's trial features Final Fantasy heroines. This round will end Saturday, October 4th, 12:01PM EST. Closed!
you've got that wrong! )

Risa Koizumi has never been the best speller... or reader... or mathematician... hey, give the girl a break, school is boring and homework is just taking time away from more important things, like video games! Anyway, Risa needs our help spelling out some words for her homework.

This game is similar to Collections in that we will be building a small "deck", in order to complete a puzzle. Every two weeks I'll put up the name of a series and a character from that series, and players can contribute a card starting with one of the letters in the words until we have it all spelled out. For instance, if the word is "as", one person can contribute aikido05 and another person can contribute seas02. A deck may not be used more than once per round, and you can only contribute one card per week.

You will lose the card you're contributing but in return you will receive 3 random single cards.

This week's homework is... )

If you've ever played an RPG or an MMO, you'll probably have to complete a quest or two. When you go on these quests, you work a little or a lot and when you're done, you get a reward! This is a TCG version of that. Complete a job and get a prize!

Also in RPGs/MMOs, tasks are based on skill level. Some players are at different levels than others. In an MMO, it would be a little ridiculous for a Level 3 Tree Elf to a quest that was Level 82, wouldn't it? So some tasks can be based on your status in the TCG. This is based on what your level is when the game is posted. So if you're a level 2 now and you end up a level 6 by the end of this round, you still complete the quest that falls within the level ranks that you were when the game opened (so wherever 2 falls).

All tasks must be completed after this round has gone up, which includes all comments posted. If you posted a mastery/service comment/trade before the round goes up, it does not count. Cards can be gotten from any time, though, unless specified. Please do not post your tasks if they aren't complete. You do not have to earn the cards this month/game cycle unless otherwise stated.

Also, Questing will be a fluctuating game. Sometimes it will have general tasks, sometimes themed tasks. For this round, with some more help from Shannon ([personal profile] unlocks), our round is Free!! So please thank her!

Ready to see the quests for this round?

When posting your quests, do so in the following format: First, post a comment with your logs/card post and the subject line of "YOUR NAME'S QUESTS - LEVEL #". When you've completed a quest, then respond to that thread with the proof of completion and the subject line saying what task you completed (TASK 4, etc). Please note if you complete the bonus too. When you post the task that completes all of them, also put COMPLETE in the subject line. That way I'm sure you've done everything. You can complete tasks out of order!

If you're confused about the above see this example thread!

This round ends October 29th! Questions can be asked in the question thread!
